If you press a Tab menu button twice, it displays the input SDI signal in a full screen window. This speeds up looking at the input signal and then going backto the user interface. However, if you have no signal it will display a full screen of "No video" which is dark green.

You have probably set your unit to have a static IP address. This is a known bug which was been fixed in software version 0.09.2429 or later.

I can hear clicks on audio when listening to an embedded audio channel on an SDI input

The SX needs input audio to be synchronous with the internal generator or it will drop/duplicate audio samples. To make sure that this is the case, please connect an external reference to the SX and set the generator to use this reference. Alternatively set the generator to use the SDI input as the reference.

My SxE/SxD won't turn off

This was fixed in software release 0.10.0025. Install this version after removing the AC adaptor and waiting for the Sx battery to become exhausted and automatically turning off.

I get an error message "INVALID version" when trying to install new software.

We have disallowed installation of software earlier than a certain version as some customers were installing invalid (old) software on their Sx units which caused them to stop working.

If you need to go back to an old version, press and hold the Left and Right cursor keys while turning a unit on. This will revert the Sx to the software version it was shipped with. You may then install any version AFTER that version.
