PHABRIX awarded fourth Broadcast Engineering Pick Hit in three years With a long history, Broadcast Engineering’s Pick Hits are the most prestigious technical awards given at the NAB Show and PHABRIX are delighted to have been awarded its fourth ‘Pick Hit’ in three years. A panel of independent judges toured the show floor for three days, looking for innovative products and technology. The judges then met to make their selections based on several criteria, including the technical and financial improvements the products can bring to a facility's operation. Broadcast Engineering’s editors and publishers have no vote in the selection process which is why this award means so much. Phillip Adams, PHABRIX’s managing director commented. ‘We are delighted to have been chosen for this most prestigious award for a fourth time. As a company PHABRIX has been developing fast with innovative products which have been very successful in broadcast installations worldwide. Our new Rx technology provides a new modular rack mount platform allowing engineers a complete choice of broadcast tools either as a 2U dual screen version or a 1U rasterizer.’ PHABRIX have released the 2U Rx2000 at NAB with the Rx500 and Rx1000 rasterizers following shortly.
